This one-hour consultation is a comprehensive process that allows us to understand your goals, prior training experience, and what has worked and not worked for you in the past. This understanding helps us to create a personalized program that is customized to your specific needs, ensuring that you get the most out of your training sessions.

A consultation is priced at $50 and You will leave with a detailed report of where you are at in your fitness journey and areas you can improve.
